Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped on:
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Sunday
Orders placed after the shipping cutoff will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
Shipping Rates
- Orders of 1 or 2 Builder Gels: $5.00 shipping
- Orders of 3 or more Builder Gels: FREE SHIPPING
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship orders on time, NailsMairelis is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or any shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
NailsMairelis is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, NailsMairelis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
