RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At NailsMairelis, we are committed to providing high-quality nail products. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic nail products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns & Replacements
We will gladly review your request if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product and its packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
All requests are carefully reviewed before a decision is made.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if:
- You changed your mind.
- You ordered the wrong product or color.
- The product has been opened or used.
- The product was damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling.
Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, NailsMairelis reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After this period, orders cannot be canceled.
